Hi Nadia

Yes - this is the one I will be bringing - my ittle 4 metre is a bit small -so plenty of room if you need a space for the send off.

Thanks G.

Hope to have a ride on all the boats that are down - something like groupie RIB jumping?(sounds like I may get wet at some stage though)

It's a ride for ride in my RIB (he says in faint voice with his other half looking over his sholder).

Not sure what you mean??!
Can't offer you a ride in my RIb, haven't got one.

Before I get any more pm's - you know who you are - perhaps I can clear up this groupie rib jumping term.
A bit like pontoon hoping, skipping, walking but using RIbs - they obviously have to be close together.

so...no more funny comments!!! (no offence taken anyway)

No pm from me - I am publically happy to declare !!!

But I know what you mean about 'pontoon hoping'. It's always a worry arriving in a strange port not knowing what facilities there are for lying alongside ....

What sort of facilities are you after Allen?

Do you know, that it has been a month to the day that I joined the Rib forum - and what fun it has been so far - plenty more where that came from.

John K - why have you made me a senior member - have not had a birthday recently, and still very young!!!

You became a senior member in recognition of the sheer volume of messages that you have posted here.

Anyway, I've altered it to something more appropriate now

Surely that should read Chief Groupie ...

Or Chief Groupie (Welsh Chapter) perhaps?

Does 'Senior' suggest of a certain age - as in Senior Citizen?

Is this appropriate for Nadia

(as we know so little about her we'll have to wait and see I guess)

Senior my foot.
Senior citizen - you know what you can say to that!
JK - Groupie will do for the time being - ta.

If you must know, I am under 30 years old!!!But I do not look my age - is that good or bad?

All has gone quiet

Anyway, let's not discuss too much, parties to organize!

What do you want to know about me anyway?
You shall have to wait and see, don't want to squash your imaginations.

I have to give back the laptop tonight, hence all the late postings on here...so back to the normal for a bit - hence no late night postings from me for the time being.

Just want to clear things up, before you lot think I have forgotten you!

Are you sure you can't make it?
It will be good fun.

Don't make a decision yet, see how things are in a couple of weeks - we have 4 more weeks!!

It's a long bank holiday week-end

I know I know

Sorry, but no can do!
I'm receiving the key to my new house on March 28...so my long weekend will consist mainly of paint, wallpaper, wooden floors and a garden that now looks like the bleedin' amazon forrest...

I reckon I'll be finished around xmas, so I'm pretty sure that SOC is completely, totally and utterly out of the question...You have no idea how that depresses me

Eddy

I agree.
Get the keys on the 28th.
Come over to Cardiff on the 29th and go back to the new house on the 31st - or the 01st April.
Your house isn't going anywhere, but the Spirit-of-Cardiff is.
(I know, I know, moving into a new house is exciting too.)

Welcome andrepapamilhas!

Please put here some pictures of your rib, to show a nice portuguese rib!

I am finishing my research of ribs and I will purchase a SACS S475 + Honda 50HP, at Nauticampo. It is small but it fits within my budget.

bye
