The same thing happened a year ago and I sent them an e mail to advice them. They appear to have poor monitoring in place for a second year

Latest from their site which is now working----Apologise if you have suffered some inconvenice trying to view this website between 8:30am and 4:10pm on 14/10/2010.

Due to a High Security Risk we had to Suspended the website for several hours. This allowed us to act quickly to correct the problem.
