Rib Racing 3 points of contact

Rib Racing 3 points of contact.

So if one races a rib. ( sadly not me I can only just get to the loo in time.)

There are so I am told 3 points of contact.

Whats the three points in a rib.?is this the idea of the stepped hull.?
or does the stepped hull provide rear lift to roll on .?

Engine / then.???

I'm afraid that's a bit too shorthand for me? A RIB can be a plain V or a stepped hull and you can race any RIB, especially in the Endurance classes.
