What colour are the tubes? Can't see if they're white or light grey from the pics.

Light grey with blue decals.

I was going to re-upholster it, but from the photo the blue decal looks a good match to the upholstery.

Are you coming or a nosie ???

pulled into Brighton for the night about 17.30.

The boat performed faultlessly. It's a very capable hull for sure.

The refurb continues when we get back to Ramsgate - hopefully Tommorow.

Turns out this is a cracking hull and I'd like to say ed has done a great job on the tubes! We're going to sleep well tonight!

Well I know we are drifting from the original refurb thread but there is plenty more to do I promise !

We've done an emergency seat repair tonight - Wayne has a photo...

And nos, yes the seat bases are rotten !!!

Here we are off the needles at lunchtime. Ant on the right is a recently new member of the sr4 club. Me on the left.

What else would you do? Apart from planning your next 'short' run.

Hope the seat bases hold up tomorrow.

Thats not too bad for rough seas.

Looking at the pics, a lot of the fixtures and fittings are the same as mine. Seat pods for one.

Good work re distances in this weather. A big lump on the back, nice.

Also, a member since 2002, you must be one of the original cast!! Must have been strange with just a few people posting.

Was the internet even working then?

Certainly limited broadband!!
