Sorry cant comment on these brands ,i guess from the two links you post you are considering upgrade from 4.2 to 4.8 ,
i considered similar choice when i bought my first highfield ,i could afford a 4.6 metre boat max but all of a sudden i realised a massive difference in width and spec between the 4.6 and 5 metre ,i managed to spend a little bit more but got alot more boat with the 5 metre , maybe this is helpful .
another idea is too look at the spec for a 4.8metre Ribcraft ,or xs ribs website ,these are the highest respected small ribs and will preserve your investment ,but then again the english ribs are not the prettiest !
