RIB Weight

Hi,
I am a new user of this group. I live in Athens Greece and own a 5m RIB. It is build by a Greek Manifacturer (Actually there are quite a few of them).

It is very common for Greek RIBs to be much Heavier that those of other suppliers(British, Italian etc).

Is it a good or a Bad thing for a RIB to be heavy ? Are there any rules ?

Thanks

Dimitris Milionis
