I'm gutted I didn't get out Jeff, although with the big seas it's probably best I didn't go out as I would have just slowed you guys down. Great pic's though!

Only if Bubs were at the helm, if it were Jeffurry, peddalos would be passing him in those seas.

Flexible Mooring Package at Fowey

Not sure if this would be of interest to anyone but I saw this in The Fowey Harbpur newsletter;

To better use vacant moorings, and to fit in with a lot of people's usage, flexible mooring packages will be offered for the first time in 2007.

These will be available for boats less than 7m (23ft) in length and will consist of 16 nights mooring in the harbour. This can be taken at any time of the year and in blocks of time to suit the boat owner (eg: 4 weekends and a week long stay).

With this sort of package, there is no need to worry about your boat filling with water when you can't get to it and a fortune in anti-fouling can be saved!

If this might be of interest to you, or someone you know, then please contact the harbour office for further details.

apparently they say the can guarantee to accomodate you even over there busiest times including regatta week. charges are £20.80 a metre max 7 meters.

Cheers
Christian

I'd imagine that the guy in question has long given up boating. This post is 7 years old. You may find him on pipeandslippers.net. :-D
