Ribex
Anyone fancy coming to Ribex with me on Friday 4th?
Getting there via RIB from Poole on Friday morning.
Have space for 4 - 6 people. At the moment I'm on me own so need some company. Poor me!
Nick

It is unfortunately going to be impossible to have the leisure version of the BananaShark ready for Ribex - we want the boat to be completely ready and it isn't!
What this all means that unless we break the race boat this weekend I will be bringing that instead, and we have been offered a berth if we agree to take people out for runs in it - I will make the arrangements after the race in Torquay this weekend - so to cut a long story a bit shorter there maybe a spare berth available as we had one booked!

Good morning Aging Youth!
I had a look through a couple of pages in the Cruising section but couldn't find the thread.
Who qualifies for access to the moorings and how does one identify themselves?
Many thanks

I think this is the relevant thread: http://www.rib.net/forum/showthread....ight=inaugural
I think you need to get in touch with Aging Youth to book a berth. HTH

Ribex Weekend
Hi Bajan,
"Who qualifies for access to the moorings and how does one identify themselves?"
I have booked a block of berths for those people who have booked rooms over the w/end for the Ribnet Annual Conference.
As I understand it, there will be visitors moorings available on each day of Ribex within the Marina on a first come basis.
Look forward to seeing you there.

Where and when is RIBEX?! Don`t blame me for this question- here in Germany nobody knows..... I`d like to know just in case I`m crazy enough to take the trip over to the UK- are there any cheap accomodations available? Unfortunatly I`m not printing my own money, that`s why.....
greetings,
Wolfie

Wolfie, it is worth going to RIBex for two reasons one for the exhibition but mainly for RIBnet conference where you will meet loads of Ribbsters from UK, Denmark, Iceland, Channel Island, Ireland etc.

We've nabbed a space on the stand with Scorpion so if you are around then please do pop by to say hello (i'm sure most will be paying a passing visit at the very least to see Graham's new Mk II), Viv & i will be there Fri & Sat & another instructor on Sunday.
We'll hopefully make it along Saturday pm for a drink - see you there
Paul
