Great picture picked up from our Facebook feed of Ribeye LTD.
Interesting seats, with what looks like seat belts. Cannot say I've seen this before ? Good idea or am I mistaken. Hard to tell ?

You haven't seen it before. Tom MS (posts on here) has had it specially built for round Ireland. The seats came from Canada. Looks like a beast!

Looks like Matt H You edited as I was biting
Ok to open the question up " why not"? They have just built a superb 850s for me that knocks others I tried in design, build quality and functionality. Also take a close look at this 600 and its design.
Yes I am biased but still cannot understand the constant "ribbing" they get when so successful smilies for those that have been waiting years for me to bite.

Ian . I really like it. Tbh Ribeye do need to be lifted up a bit and too be taken more seriously than they currently do. But i think they should have privateers which would be more refreshing rather than sponsored/connected same old same old double barrelled......look at me scenario!!
Wouldn't it be more beneficial and less biased and boring to get someone like biffer or Nos with more street cred to helm it and give an honest and again non linked unbiased opinion!

i've heard a rumour or two that Ribeye has bought Revenger, or at least the moulds n rights to the name etc, shame to see Revenger go if it's true, but hopefully Ribeye will do something good with what they've got, but they aint having our Revenger, not a chance

Great unless you flip the boat? I know its rare to flip a rib but it does happen and the last place I'd want to be is strapped to the seat...

Must admit when Ribeye gets mentioned there is always a debate hence my usual
But like I have said before... most Ribeye owners rarely knock them. So they must have something ......

The company have been working very hard recently with some massive changes which have seen the boats we talk about arriving on the scene. Some big developments coming I think.
I have managed to bite my tongue many times when they took a "ribbing" whether deserved or not, but now I find we see remarks which can affect a business plan with sales affected without good reason, Every company has products that could be improved/changed but they have driven success and it is a shame for some to try to unintentionally hurt their progress. Not pointing a finger at anyone but it would be good to promote success and not try to damage or destroy businesses.
I too would not buy certain RIBs but I applaud the work these manufacturers do. Without choice where would we all be

Yes, As an expert, I have been praising Ribeyes on this forum for many years. It is most gratifying to see how many people have listened, taken my advice and bought them.
A particularly satisfying by product of all of this, is witnessing the shrill trilling of Ribeye criticism from our friend in the Falmouth area reducing to no more than the odd occasional muttering. Priceless...

My initial post wasn't to start yet another "Ribeye are cr#p" debate, it could have been any manufacturer. It was more with regard to the seating design and use of seat belts I was inviting discussion

As much as I like the idea of being a Lone Wolf, being a friend of your's would be a club way too lonely for even me. So let's drop the "friend" tag, eh?
