Ribeye with Yam 115 - how many people will it plane out?

How many 'grown men' will a Ribeye 600 / Yam 115 four stroke plane out comfortably? I'm planning to take some friends out soon, probably 7 of us and didn't want to be in an embarrassing situation of not planing out so we can go distance.

A friend of my has a 6m Ribeye with a 75 Yam 4-stroke and it gets ok in plane with 5-6 people on board.
So i would think: no problem..

6m ribeye has seating for 7 behind the console, 4 on jockey seats and 3 on bench seat, I would say you will not have a problem I run a 19" prop!

Also I can't see the problem with running with people on the tubes (as long as you have a good handhold!), did it for years without a problem in my diving days
