Ribnetter in Hamble

Due to a helping hand in a boat delivery, Tim has found himself in The Hamble, so I have a question how do you get from The Hamble to Fareham or Hamble to Gatwick, remember he is on foot, so bus routes, locations, or train stations etc, routes timetables all suggestions welcome and needed cheers Gavin

Trains - station is about a 1.5 mile walk. Trains only about one an hour. But should get you Fareham and possible Gatwick. 08457 484950 for national rail enquiries.

Buses - Bus stop in Hamble square. Two operators First - services to Southampton only - but could get on a train from there?
Solent Blue Line - Don't know where they go to.

I hope this helps but I fear it may not.

Regards

it would have been , if I had not got a lift .... All the local taxis didnt want to bring me to Fareham( might be because the jackeens live there ) and the plan was to junp on a train from there to Gatwick ..... it would have taken me 2 hours on the train to do 50 miles , and 50 mins on the plane to do 700.....!!!!
