Ribtec 655 Project - DONE!!!!!
Hi All

If any of you have seen my other thread you will have seen that I ended up sending my Ribtec to the professionals to refurb. I would never have found the time!

Anyway, I sent it off to the Rib Sop in Southampton and OMG did these guys deliver!!

Pictures attached the the boat looks AWESOME!!!!!!!!
  • New artificial teak desk (and repairs to deck itself)
  • New bulkhead
  • New Lean Post
  • New A Frame with nav lights and VHF aerial
  • Fitted VHF Radio
  • Fitted Garmin Stryker
  • New Anti foul paint
  • Cleaned up all the tubes and applied wear patches
  • New bilge pump

I have to say Kieron and his team have been superb throughout and have a very happy customer! Would deffo recommend!

Boat tucked up in Southampton Dry Stack - if we get a good weekend in the next few weeks I might be able to get out on it!! We'll see!

Get it out there! I've just launched mine and it sits at 30kts with s 115 Merc Ok to.

Hey there!
Hope you're still active in this thread...!

I have recently purchased a RIBTEC 650 built in 1998 , we found in Greece and we are trying to bring her back to ...life. Some stickers on the side were writting 'HM COASTGUARD ' !!

Is there any chance you have a manual, brochure or other certificates of the boat to assist us with rebuilding and registering the boat? unfortunately, the previous owner (German) cannot provide any...
