Wasn't sure if to keep the inboard as it was growing on me and get an inboard with more power, but decided to change it to an outboard.
Cheers Kevin

Hi all
Not had the time recently to progress my rib. But today I started on removing the deck and found a few bad repairs and found the plywood was good a bit before the bow. But also I found on the underside of the some brown sticky stuff, does any know what this stuff is?.

Hi all
Was looking at the bow locker and wondering if anyone knows how it would be put together as the top part is rotten and requires to be replaced. Not sure if the top bit of wood is one piece and goes on top.

Hi all
Need a wee bit expert advice I have cut the deck out till I've hit good wood but I noticed the front deck section has a bit of fibreglass lifting, does thing mean the wood might be delaminating.

Probably the only way to know is dig in with the grinder if its solid its not difficult to re glass but if its rotten then better off finding it now its not a huge issue while your on but could be if it deteriorates further once back together

Will peel back the fibreglass glass and have a look at the wood but it's the last 1.5m left of the deck, I might as well just replace it
Cheers Kevin
