Rimini rib,advice if you can.

I bought a rib last year and needed to do some repairs.
I was told by someone that my rib was hypalon.
By removing a patch to get to the seams, things don't add up.
The patch I removed was same color on both sides.
The hypalon patch I bought seems a lot softer and not as Ridgid, with black on one side.
I'm beginning to think it may be PVC .
The patch that I did glue on was hypalon and hypalon 2pt glue. it seems to hold?
I still need to patch over though and want to make sure it's the right stuff!!!
Any help would be appreciated !!
Tony

Ian from Austin Marine carried out a couple of tube repairs to my Rimini a couple of years ago - he may well remember what the construction was.

I sold the lady last year so can't go check.

Found a repair patch left over - it looks like PVC to me.
