We went to the 2012 pageant but only as spectators viewing from the prospect of Whitby, Wapping wall, if it's anything like that it's well worth a look if you live not too far away.
Best thing for me was seeing all the club rowing teams from all over the world especially bolt from salcombe ladies rowers
