From 1 June–31 August this year, the RNLI lifeboats launched a total of 4,300 times – the most since 1989.
From scuttlebutt last Sunday was very busy - we were out twice - one a MOB from a fishing boat and the other a sinking SIB with one adult and two children onboard - all safe and sound.

Watching this makes me glad i joined this weekend at the boat show, a small price to pay for such a worthy service.... and if i ever need to call on their services at least it will be morally acceptable!
