There is also the video of last year's Round Britain in small RIBs available from the same people. I'll put some more details on the videos page soon.

John,

Is this the long long awaited RB4 video? (If so it was 2001 rather than last year!)

Yes, it is the RB4 (well nearer 5 actually, but who's counting?) video. Doesn't time fly!

Pending a more detailed review, here are some off the cuff thoughts . . .

The video gives a very detailed account of the event, and I reckon that everyone who was there will be able to find themselves in it -- so it would make a top souvenir!

Anyone else who is interested in finding out a bit about long distance RIB cruising will probably find it useful and interesting, although more seasoned ribsters may find that it doesn't hold their attention all the way through.

John

Cheers,
Alan

Digital Vision

Alan, it's the same people as did the RIB cruising video so the 'phone no. that's on the back of the box will probably be OK... however, they are running an advert in RIB International (which if I remember correctly, you're no longer a subscriber to, so here's the ad info.) 'phone no: 01884 266100. Video is £19.95 + £2.50 p&p. Titled "Small Boats Big Seas".

Didn't you get the recent mail-spat and snail-mail-splat from them?

No, it wasn't from RIB international... it was from Digital Vision. Instead of blind cc-ing, they done "to" all RIB video customers. It read like a RIB.net members list!
