I'm sure both are perfectly capable of the trip in the right hands and other factors will prove more important:

- seat layout
- storage / console design
- engine
- size of fuel tanks
- quality of how its all screwed together (age, original fit out, maintenance)
- the electronics package which on a trip like that can simplify life or be a total ball ache to use.

i did it last year on a Humber ocean pro with a mercury optimax 175 HP, 2 new Lowrance GPS and it was perfect ! 200 L underdeck tank + 2X20L as safety, dual console, 2 jockey seat and a rear bench seat !

I did last year on a Humber Ocean Pro 6.3 with a Mercury 175 HP Optimax. dual console 2 jockey setats 1 rear bench seat 200 L underdeck tank + 2X20 L as safety, 2 new GPS Lowrance, Icom VHF and everything was perfect !

put the biggest engine you can and the biggest underdeck tank. like this even you full of fuel and packs for a big trip you can have a nice average on flat sea with a low RPM !
