rub rail cracks how to repair

my avon searider 4.7 military model. has a small crack at the bow on the "rubber" rub rail.. It also has superficial cracks on the 'rubber' on the port side at the top of the tube.

Is there an adhesive filler that I can use to fill these and keep them from getting worse??

thanks,
robert

You could try black witch or one of the other rubber compounds - we've some in the dive club, seem to use it to repair most things.

If you need some let me know, can ask the club bosun to post you a tube for a fiver (it's the amount he charges us).
