Rubber trim cleaning

Hello;

Zodiac Futura Mk II red and white trim. There appears to be mold stains on the trim that does not want to clean off. I searched on the forum, tried soap and water, brillo pad, scotch brite, acetone and MEK. This is tough stuff ! Any ideas ?

Try Dettol mould and mildew remover , it's the only thing that gets mildew off our marquees.

Thanks, I'll have to order some up on line. This is really in there, I would think Acetone or abrasive pads would take anything off.

The Dettol stuff is incredible for removing mould, spray on neat and watch it disappear in front of your eyes.

Acetone sometimes works, but it dissolves the PVC, I wouldn't like to use too much of it neat.
