40 years of boating and finally doing this (as RYA won't allow direct entry to more advanced levels, despite bsac and yacht master quals, tons of miles, etc etc )

So forced into it - but need the paperwork and as I spend enough time suggesting everyone should have basic training seems well overdue !!

But it should be fun as weather looks positively minging tomorrow!

I was in a similar position last year and had to do PB2 in order to drive the 4.2 mtr safety rib at my daughters sailing club, only cost £95 after the club discount so not so bad and it did get me a discount on my boat insurance this year.
