Hi
We stay just outside Kingsbridge almost every week end. We have a Brig Falcon 5m. However we are quite new though have done powerboat course. Are down this Friday evening returning home Sunday ( live near Cheltenham ).
What plans do you have for this and bank holiday week end?
Simon

Hi Simon,
I have a house in Kingsbridge, unfortunately I am away this weekend in Surrey.
The bank holiday weekend, me and 2 other boats plan to take a trip round the coast to Dartmouth. More boats the merrier.
Marco.

Hi Simon,
Not entirely sure what day we are planning to go. Salcombe is a great place for boating.
Keep an eye on the Salcombe bar, can get pretty big sometimes.
Thanks,
Marco

We not run (or trail) over to Plymouth and come and join us at this one - a good group is going I think.

Oh yes! Sat there in the sun with a few too many cool lagers after hiring a 10ft dory from Salcombe and had to hire it for the day! LOL
Worth it though.

This is the second tow in a week I have given to stranded boats, both fuel valve related coincidentally, the first one not pictured was a Boston Whaler back from Kingsbridge

If you hired a dory from Salcombe Boat Hire, that would have been me who you hired it from

I end up towing people back from Kingsbridge all the time, some people are totally unaware of the tide also.

Haha! To be fair to you, we were up there having lunch and rang you to ask how much for another hour and you just said pay for another hour and have it for he day. Cheers!
Tides... Non problem. Waves at displacement speed in a small dory with 4 blokes, aaaargh! We were piss wet through by the time we got back.
