Is that the black one ? If it is I feel they have ruined the lines and look of the boat  ....its like they just went 'oh lets bung a little roof on it'

Reminds me a bit of the Buzzi patrol boats. It would be interesting to see if a Scorpion cabin RIB would lose any sea keeping qualities with hard sides instead of tubes...

Looks very similar to the one they build for the owner of Ancasta / hamble yacht services who comutes from cowes to hamble every day in it. I was out in a friends boat a few months ago in real thick fog and he was pottering across the Solent.
Don't think it's right in black but interesting design.
