Sea rider what is it worth

I am helping the family of a good friend who has sadly passed away
He had 4m searider project which he had just started work on which now needs to go, but I am not sure of a value. The hull is sound and the tubes seem to hold air reasonably well, but they look rough. There is also a fairly solid trailer. All in all not a thing of beauty but a decent starting place for a project. Any ideas what it might be worth?
He had also acquired a 40 yam manual start and manual tilt outbound which I believe starts and runs well. Includes remotes. I suspect 80's vintage. Again any idea of value?

1500 ish. really depends on what someone is prepared to pay but as a guide,however as the picture isnt that clear, if the toobs are rough (define rough) then maybe 1000 /1250
