I prefer to use the 90. I got two in one go once, one under each front wheel - they were fighting over something dead in the middle of the road and too busy fighting to notice the approach of a 90 on mud-terrains (bit thick then) until <pop> <pop> revenge for the two big dents I had in my old Discovery where the damn things dropped rocks on it.
Unfortunately the local padre was coming the other way so as I hopped out to clear the debris off the road I had to make all sorts of terribly mournful noises about how dreadful it was to have harmed God's creatures
They don't do windscreens or headlights much good either so its better to put your foot down if you can get them to go under, or slow down if you can't, otherwise it can get expensive!
I fed one through the roof rack on the 90 at about 35mph once, which also made an interesting noise, sort of clonk clang thump thump thump clang thud squawk
