Sealing deck and holes (MarineTex and Gluvit)

Hi All

I have asked this question before but found this stuff recommended elsewhere.

Products | Marine Tex

MarineTex to fill the holes.

Rub down the whole deck and apply Gluvit.

Then I have a new artificial teak going down.

Thoughts?

Cheers people!!

I'm using marine tex more than 8 years for small cracks, chips, filling screw holes.
it is easy to use, becames strong after curing, easy to sand and finish.

if your gelcoat color is snow white, color match is awesome.
you can color it with gelcoat color agents. ( i try everycoat agent for a black gelcoat repair result was impressive)

if you smooth the repair area with soap after application in 5 minutes it has a really fine finish without sanding.

blending with the gelcoat structure is awesome !

for me only disadvantage is curring time,
to play for sanding or painting you need at least 12 hours at 20-22 C

try it

How big are the holes?

I like this stuff for hole filling:
Bondo® Glass Single Use 00270

Thanks guys!

Anyone got any experience of the Gluvit (which I am looking to use to seal over the whole deck?)
