I contacted the seller of that one, when looking for our SR and got a very odd reply along the lines of...
Send me your money we will deliver the RIB to you and you have 30 days in which to try the boat, if you are unhappy for any reason we will offer a full refund...mmmmmm I don't think so

Oh not that one! I had that with three boats I looked at buying this time last year.
'I'm working away out of the country but I will get the boat transported to you once I receive payment and you have Xdays to try the boat out. If you are not happy I will rfund you the bollox bollox bollox bollox.

Funnily enough I was searching B&O for Tohatsu outboards and see the outboard listed on its own at £3K with a cropped image and no mention it could have been sold with the boat ... double scam eh.

I had the same when I rang the guy, he wanted me to pay a deposit then he would get the boat ready

Unbelievable really - what's more worrying is that a few people must "believe" the adverts are genuine otherwise why bother advertising in the first place - the scams must work!!

Looks like a 5.4 that has been retubed at some point. The transom has a dirty great bit of alloy stuck against it for some reason. Transom could be rotten.
I wouldn't touch it at that price.

Looks like the plate on the transom has been put there to fill the cut out in? Could be an XL leg on the yam.
Sorry just looked again, it doesn't cover the whole transom so maybe it's just as reinforcement. Worth going to look at before you bid.

The hull itself may be fine but I would question the plate on the transom. It may be fine but its been installed for a reason.
