They’ve got gumption anchoring the boat overnight like they do - don’t think I’d be able to sleep for worry of it drifting off

Every time Harry has a new first mate, he takes a gamble. No fun being seasick, but keeping on the move does help, unless you want 20 minutes rest and a scotch egg!

Ditch that supermarket inlatable and get a Redcrest tender.

The tender they have is perfect for their needs. Anything made of thicker material would I think be far too big and heavy in that little 4 m Rib. I have used those 'thick' plastic inflatables before and they are actually very strong but also light and easy to handle. They never need to go far in it so I think it does the Job very well.

I agree another very good episode. I learnt a lot about Lundy Island.

I am also amazed at how far they will venture off shore in that 4 m Rib

You have to hand it to him, it's all pretty impressive in a funny hap hazzard sort of a way.

Pulling off spark plug leads with the engine running is madness. I remember trying to do it to a flymo my parents had when I was about 10, wow that hurt.

I thought that engine was toast, he did well to get it running again.

Look forward to part 9, thanks for posting the link.

Yep, great video. First off I wouldn't be doing an impeller job at dusk, but take my hat off to him for persevering. I won't put any spoilers on - so everyone can enjoy.

Production values are top-notch as usual.

Well that was unexpected .....a cautionary tale? Perhaps.... but I’m sure the more mechanically minded would be screaming at the screen.... 10/10 for perseverance though....

Yes agree with all the above HDAV and can't comment more re spoilers. A must watch. I'm surprised his neighbours didn't club together and buy him a new outboard just to bring an end to the tinkering.

I mean the crane, the cruise ship, the incident at times I wasn’t sure if I was watching a Honda “how to video” or and episode of “saving lives at sea”

Gatlinggun101 was it?

A good nudge. I've enjoyed the episodes of his I've watched, but not watched one for a while.

The foam mining one is hilarious with his commentary and Ben's permanently grumpy face.

Wonder if he shot straight across ilfracombe to Oxwich or trailered round? I wondered how far up the Bristol Channel he might go this last few days ideal to cover soe serious distance
