Goodwin must have been fired up yesterday as ILS shows it in Falmouth......where it has been for several months. Could this be a sign that the boat has been finished..complete with new bigger engine....fingers crossed.

Really enjoyed that as they are now in an area I know well from recent years and also have association with from much earlier times.... as in knocking about in a pram as my late father was involved with Hunterston A around 1956 and the company hired a house in Fairlie for family to stay in. I gather the Cumbrae island lairds sought mutual co-operation in respect of works in their area at that time and hire of their puffer which I believe was the original TV Vital Spark.

Yes as he was going for the launch I spotted the lightboard arms were out and said to my wife it looked like trouble. I was a bit surprised he then took it out to sea again with a tube down! Hope he didn't do any grp damage with the impact given he had already done a repair to that sort of area on an earlier video

You've got to hand it to Harry - it's not every day a Ferrari specialist frees up space in their garage so they can help him rebuild his Renault Avantime!

106k subscribers is one hell of an audience, boat owners as well, screams money to burn. Ideal opportunity for a Ferrari garage to get some exposure for a relatively low outlay.
DB7 was nice , built on the XJS chassis and constructed at Castle Bromwich, old spitfire factory.

I enjoyed the vehicle related content as that's been a lifetime interest for me as well as boating. Always liked that Avantime too since it was announced for the very short production run... I'm drawn to a car with a living room style interior.
With his media work for major companies I get the impression he has a lot of useful contacts.

Hope he's still at it.
I'm sure it takes a lot of editing to get it right, looking forward to his next video.

Love the series and think I enjoyed part 15 more than some of his more recent actual boating episodes which seemed a bit rushed compared to some of the slower paced ones earlier in the series.
Glad that Goodwin is getting a proper check over, seems like a bit of a disaster waiting to happen that transom!
