He did look crestfallen when it didn't go over 28 knots though bless him..

I’d be surprised if you see that 4 blade again.

To be fair to Harry , when he was talking about 40 knots out of the new 50hp you can see where his train of thought was going as the old 30hp used to get him along at around 28 knots unladen. ...I think that why setting up an outboard is such a dark art.

It is quite simple. That 4 blade prop is totally wrong and also he is carrying quite a lot of extra weight. All a little odd though as I have a 4.5 m Rib with a 60hp on the back and I can manage 36 knots on a good day

He’s playing a blinder. Imagine zipping round Britain over say a month. You would get very little publicity and limited YouTube views in comparison to stretching it out like Harry is doing, people are seeing what he’s doing and are falling over themselves to get in on the act.
Very clever.
Does anyone keep an eye on him on AIS?
Does anyone know where he’s up to?

Latest episode was enjoyable, glad to see them get it back on the water.
Assume timeline for this episode was spring 23’ and further episodes will start from N Scotland in good weather periods, so will keep a lookout on AIS for them.
I think it’s pretty savvy from Cockwells, Raymarine etc to help him out. Good PR and the content will be around and relevant for years on YouTube - it’s head and shoulders above any other RIB content on there.

The Ais status hasn't changed in a long time...even when the boat was in Cornwall at Cockwells it said Goodwin was still in Scrabster.

It's a great watch, he's very talented, some of the drone shots are very professional, the tracking of the boats especially.
How waterproof is all that electronics in the foot well? One stuff through a wave and it's all submerged, must be OK though.
Had to laugh at his brother wearing the bike helmet, classic.

>>some of the drone shots are very professional
I think Harry would be relieved to hear that as his drone filming company Flying Blind Ltd is part of his media production business.
