Hyphose on the millbrook road, just along from Homebase. They sell hydraulic bits and also sell hydraulic oil of different grades, you should be able to match up what you need.

SeaStar - SeaStar oil part number HA5430
Shell - Shell Fluid #4
Esso - Univis N15 or J13
Texaco - HO15
Chevron - Aviation Hydraulic Fluid A
Mobil - Aero HFA

All are ISO 15 type oils.

As I recall from a previous discussion, the Seastar fluid is an aviation grade hydraulic fluid. There's some Mil Spec number attached to it, but I don't recall what it is off-hand. I believe that any light hydraulic oil will be fine (heavier stuff will work, but will increase steering effort.) Perhaps a stop by your local aviation supply place might be in order as well (assuming you can't find the Seastar branded stuff.)
