Seats and consoles
Anyone know where i can get a console or a centre seat type thing for a rib?

Outhill Boatbuilders.

Based in Warwickshire. I been there a few times, bought a bench seat and a console from them.

IMHO Outhill is not of a particulary high 'quality' and overpriced.

Contact most RIB manufacturers, they'll sell them to you. I'll dig up a previous post where i listed my findings shortly.

I've just been down this route of jockey seats. I approached all the RIB manufacturers at the boat show and most were happy to sell me the seats (at a price though). From memory i can positivaly say the following people will sell them to you:

Tornado (glass'ed to deck, did say might be able to make a flange though) about £440
Ribcraft
Ribeye single = £500, twin = £585
Ribtec (which i bought, very nice seats) a bit more expensive than Ribeye seats but nicer.

Outhill, IMHO are overpriced poor quality products

Well done for getting a good response at Outhill..Went to see them a few months ago for similar advice and they wouldn't give me the time of day!!!

Still looking for another seat for my boat
