We have just finished the new complete 620 GRP floor mould plug and will be starting the mould itself shortly - this will be ready and available for 620s ordered as from January as an option.
I hope to be able to post a pic later today (if my photoshop programme stops playing up!)

New 620 Deck Plug/Pattern waxed up prior to laminating the mould.
Black areas are gripfast patterning.

Looks great Steve - do you plan to do a moulded deck for the 520?

steve, that looks sweet, would certainly finish off these ribs well. I like the fact you have raised the locker at the front to give more space.

How will you lay it up? glass, then ply on the main deck then more glass (assuming you will have ply in there?)?

The plan is to offer the same thing on the 520 but without a rear sump Guy

Principally the floor unit will be constructed as a GRP/Balsacore/GRP sandwich Tim

Are those raised deck mouldings either side of the sump well to be used as compartments? or just more transom strength?
