Shakespeare Ribs

Can anyone shed some light on this please:

Shakespeare 6.2m RIB Evinrude E-TEC 150hp Indespension trailer | eBay

I don't actually have 20k to spend at the moment...but you know how it is, always good to keep your sights set on something

So basically what I want to know is...does this seem cheap? (value for money?)

The only thing I can see that's missing are some grab handles and rope...

My friend used to build them, they also built some ribs for revenger. They were based in Stourport, Worcestershire but ceased trading a couple of years ago. I dont know an awful lot about them but i can say the quality of his work is superb
