After a year in the build and conception "Ragless" had her maiden voyage yesterday afternoon. We slipped her at Northney for a run up the harbour to check things over and the sun even came out! Everything seemed okay after the run up the harbour so I took her out for a blast up the Solent and then into Portsmouth Harbour. We had an iffy moment with a dodgy temperature sensor (but that's another story in itself) so had to make a trip back up to Northney to get a computer check to confirm it was a dodgy sensor and nothing more serious.
All was confirmed good so back up the harbour for a quick blast across to Bembridge and then up the solent for a play around. Water was like glass yesterday evening!
She is now lying temporarily in Port Solent for a couple of days as I am on holiday so hoping for the chance to get her out a bit.
She is Grey and White in the main so give us a wave if you see us out there
