Short term storage in Portsmouth

I'm planning to come down to Gosport Fri 7th -Wed 12th Sept and looking for somewhere near a slipway to store a small RIB. I'll be staying onboard one of those strange things with sails, but will have nowhere to put my toy! Any recommendations? All I can find online is long term drystacks!

Alternatively, anyone fancy showing me and two mates around the Solent on a boat bigger than 3.5 metres?!

Can you not launch it and tie it up alongside the big rag and stick thing.

I wouldn't want to associate my fine vessel with something like that!
Besides, they won't allow it in the marina without paying another £22 per night.

Call Dry Run on this forum he operates dry stacking at Portsmouth, if he can help. Or ask a
seaway marine - dry berthing, powerboat park, boats sales - haslar who are at Haslar

I live in Fareham which is about 6 miles from Gosport. I could ask my neighbour if you could park your RIB up her driveway if you run out of nearer options. Might cost you a bottle of wine or something.

Just a thought......Seaway Marine is located right at the top of Haslar slipway. They might be able to help you: seaway marine - dry berthing, powerboat park, boats sales - haslar
