Looks like an old BWM.

Tubes on their last legs by the looks of things.

Maybe it's a reference to 'last chance saloon'...

Do the maths on the boat-I suspect at that price, by the time you've retubed it,put an engine on and sorted everything else, it won't be worth the effort.

Is that a poor repair and holes I can see on the transom?

Do you have an engine lined up? Reckon you would need 100hp minimum. Speaking of which... Outboard Engine Yamaha 100hp | eBay UK

BUT - will plane easily and carry weight with little power. Depends what the OP wants to do.

It's a bit flabby looking there. Is the BWM a Rapier derived hull? Someone was chirming to me recently about one he owned - said it was a bit "slappy". I dunno!?

The larger ones were, but this one appears to be from the infamous Deep Sea 18/21 range. Very similar, almost identical to the Northcraft hull.

Every other odd bit that'll need doing-another £1000. It's never as simple as 'get boat, bolt engine on'.

Plus one for Nos,

I'm learning that the hard way with my Valiant! I had no idea there was a batch of X hundred boats where the tanks required replacing. Apparently they peeled a section of the deck up to replace the tanks and mine is cracking all over the place where they did a shite job of gluing down the replacement deck section. Looks to me like they just used sikaflex!!!

Anyway, rewiring (removing all the solid core house cable the previous owner used the automotive cable that has degraded to the point where all of the connectors have snapped off) touching up nicks in Gelcoat, replacing the D-ring on the bow that had been smashed off. Anodes, replacement bilge pumps, mooring lines, instruments........ The list goes on!

Good luck with your decision though!
