Any chandlers local to the area will carry the correct charts - it will also be useful to learn what all of the buoys mean to keep you out of danger. Find a school near you and do a powerboat course which will teach you the basics and keep you out of trouble.
There's a chandlers at the marina in Exmouth, or several in Topsham (Ash Marine, Retreat Boatyard). As the other guys say, go on a course locally (you'll get local knowledge) & use the buoys to navigate by when heading out in the channel past exmouth seafront (tide can be v. strong there!).
