Is that actually inflatable? Appears to be a molded RIB-lookalike.

The cleats near the bow appear to be screwed to the tubes, and even the great Mr Tilley couldn't produce tubes with right angles and lockers in.
So I'd guess its not

However having looked at it again, they do look like tubes from the console back.

Hybrid?
