London RIB Voyages (LRV) are seeking reliable, experienced commercial RIB skippers for a number of part time positions.
Skippers must be commercially endorsed (power) and have a minimum of advanced powerboat, preferably coastal skippers.
LRV have been in operation since 2005 at the London Eye and can operate 7 days a week 365 days a year. See more here

Candidates must have:
Reasonable/easy access to central London, in particular Chelsea Embankment.
Keeness to undergo LRV in house Domestic Safety Management Training.
Commitment to paid skippering work in 2010 with a view to passing their Thames Local Knowledge Endorsement (in 2010) ahead of the exam becoming mandatory in 2011.
In other words, be paid now to gain the experience needed to pass the Thames LKE before it becomes mandatory. Having a Thames LKE license is a great asset and will (without doubt) guarantee work from 2011 onwards.
