Slow tube puncture

Hi we have slow a puncture on one of our tubes. Pictures show it is bubbling on the end of the port tube, it may mean it is tracking down the seam and coming out at the weakest point. I was thinking of tape repair on the end where it is bubbling. Any better ideas? Thanks Click image for larger version

RIBase
Tape will def come off.

Just keep in mind: if you see bubbels a distance of about 1" is leaking (which is the glue rim). So only repear the outside spot will not hold long.
Open the spot, clean it, sandpaper it clean it again. Glue-dry-glue and press...

Peel the strake back a couple of inches and test again. The leak is often at the seam where it overlaps onto the moulding.
