Yipee, my first post on the forum. Been watching on for the past 8 months and finally managed to get a pc for home.

Hope our SOC lads are getting well rested and preparing for the off again. This time hopefully without any hiccups

Looking forward to the coming home party already.

JK - I should have known that ripping the drive out of the back of the boat would not have stopped these lads. Great to see that they are on the move again.

SOC update 14 April 2002

12:00 BST

They were about 380 miles away from Port Said with an ETA of about 09:00 tomorrow morning.

There is a nice update and photo of Alan Carter having a shower - due on website soon - the SOC website.

The crew find a new use for the good ole brollie.

Last news as of 16:00 BST today - about 250 miles from Jeddah- speed had to be cut down again, hope to make Jeddah tomorrow.

Arrived and departed Salalah, Mangalore, Galle, Sabang and finally Singapore.

Departed Singapore at 10:15 BST today.

ETA Sutera Habour , Kota Kinabalu on Wednesday morning.
