One moored up at Netpool in cardigan called 'LLamedos'....
Sounds like a good Welsh name doesn't it? Dylan Thomas' Under Milk Wood was set in a fictional town called 'Llareggub' ('Bugger all' backwards).....'Llamedos' works the same way

Fairly bad taste in my opinion, given that it only happened a while ago and that 1,800 people died.

I did Google that, and wish I hadn't - eww! That must have been a mistake or a wind up - maybe their mate told them it was a Greek god or something...?!
Seen a dive RIB called 'Chunderbird' which is a good name, dunno if still around, somewhere in Wales I think.
Also liked 'Life's 2 Short' on a gin palace type thing in Fowey (complete with blue LED lighting, very pretty!).

From a commercial point of view, things can be just as bad....there are two LPG tankers out there with somewhat amusing names "Gas Legacy" and my favorite......."Uranus Gas" !!!....(can be verified by checking Lloyds list)
You can just imagine the radio traffic ..."Solent Coastguard....Uranus Gas"
You can imagine all sorts of other amusing communications....
