Southampton and area - 24 filmed in docks

Hello Southampton folks, Has anyone else seen this?

24 to be filmed in Southampton (From Daily Echo)

It appears that an episode of 24 is being filmed in the docks over the next couple of nights complete with pyro etc etc. Am tempted to go and have a nose and be an unauthorised "extra" but what does confuse me is there is no mention of any restrictions on the VTS website...

Anyone know if this is as it seems?!
