Southampton Boat show Tickets

Seeing as I no longer get free passes for the show, does anyone have any good promotional codes to buy tickets?

I’m looking at the standard £14 per adult at the moment.

Thanks

Nasher.

Nothing to do with me, but was sent this;-

This is just to remind you that we still have on offer substantially discounted tickets for the Southampton Boat Show, which runs from Friday 16th to Sunday 25th September.
We have a number of tickets which are valid for every day on offer as follows:-
Single ticket @ £12.00 (to include the premium priced Friday 16th September Preview Day)
Two tickets @ £23.00 for the pair
Three or more tickets @ £11.00 each
Prices include vat and postage. All children 15 and under go free.
We are exhibiting with both a yacht and a motor cruiser on marina berths M147 and M149 and we would be delighted to see you. Do drop in for a chat and refreshments on your way round. Our berths are close to the catamarans and 'Try a Boat' - just look out for our red banners!
Payment can be by cheque (made out to FlexiSail Group Ltd, 19 Waterford Lane, Lymington, Hants SO41 3PT), debit or credit card (credit cards incur a 2% service charge).

Do call or email alasdair@flexisail.com if you would like some of our great value tickets. Tickets will be dispatched first class from the beginning of September onwards, following payment.

Funny you should post this, as when I got home this offer was in the letterbox.

I'll try saving an extra pound with 250's offer first though.

Nasher.

Standard Pricing

Coming to the show on the 19th so will try to stop and say hello to 250kts

Why do they not just offer a standard price instead of all these silly codes that are obviously freely available via forums etc ??

I agree the show should not be free as it screens potential visitors.

Two reasons: (1) there are plenty of punters happy / stupid enough to pay the full price (2) threads like this actually help to promote the show, discount codes get people discussing the show which is what they want...

Park in West Quay shopping centre. Thousands of spaces so you should find on and it not overly expensive (£8 for the whole day) and it's right next to the show and the city centre shops so no need to walk too far.

In box marked 'Submit Code' at top of page, this takes you to ticket booking. Code RYA12 gets you in for £12

I went to the show for the first time on Sunday. Spent 8 hours there - exhausting. As a new ribber (not been on the water in my boat yet) found it very useful - all the people I spoke to were very helpful (RNLI, MCA, engine dealers, rib dealers, chandlers).

Booked a PB2 course for Oct 8/9 with a good discount and some kit also at a good discount.

Got the two of use in for the price of one and parked for nothing - 2 minutes away! But I do have a blue badge and various health problems.
