speakers in a rib
hi all would i do any detrimental damage to my rib by instaling 2 speakers in the front of the rib ?

not really, think about how you would wire them before cutting holes

I was kinda hoping not.... but then, I'm into anchors and warps and chains and sh1t, and I appreciate that that's not everyone's bag

you would hope nice white waterproof speakers with plastic guards on the backside, i thought of anchors but i think there's another locker fwd of that one, i'd still like to know what he's going to do with the wires, them moulded decks they don't put trunking fwd usually

Circular holes would not affect the structure of the boat IMHO. circular holes transfer pressure quite well as opposed to any with 90 degree' bends just keep that in mind if you chose speakers that are not circular.
Would definitely investigate the ease of getting wires run to location before i went any further.

yes eather side of the u bolt had not given the wires much thought
got 2 sets of these may have gone a little over the top

hi was thinking of running the wires under the tubes as theres no air in them at the mo ?
need to let the air out to fit it in the garage
