SR 5,4 transom rebuild- drain trunks

Hi there,
now my transom repair is done. Because the temperature was too low for working with epoxy, it needed much more time than i wanted . Now the transom is made from 2 12mm and 1 6mm plywood , glued together with epoxy and tissue . The outside was laminated with
5 coats polyester. At weekend i will sand it and finish with topcoat. The hull has to be sanded lightly , also the inside. Than i want to make it all marine grey.

I have to decide about the drain openings in the transom. The flooding hull is closed and gets a 26mm drain pipe. For the 2 openings with the org 100mm trunks i want to know, if someone has another solution. Maybe a 50mm dimension.
