Static fishing gear markers

Hi Folks.

I've been sent this link to the governments petitions from a representative of Campbelton Marina trying to do something about improperly marked static fishing gear.

https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/200001

I've signed and I think it merits our support.

I've signed it too. It's past 10k signatories now, so at least we get a response.

I've signed too - have noticed increase in black marker buoys both in S. Devon and the Solent - making them even harder to spot in any sort of sea.

Signed. Damaged my prop after it was wrapped in rope heading out of Catterline (south of Stonehaven) last year. Couldn't even see the marker bouy it was that small.
