Steering console

Anyone know the best place to look for a cheap (2nd hand) steering console for a 4m Avon Searider?

Surprising how often they come up on ebay.

Have you thought about making one from scratch?
Slimtim and a couple of others have made some some very good looking made-to-measure ones that have been well recorded on threads in the past.

Also saw one at a boat jumble recently.

It was mounted to the hull with 4 studs that are fixed into the hull

You could always try leeway composites. He can make you one for significantly less (about half the price) than any available from chandlers. If you want it in Avon Orange he can do that too. I've got one of his in my sr4.
