Stern / Transom Eye Size Selection

Hi

I have a 2001 Zodiac Pro Open 550, with a Yamaha F115.

The boat has never had stern or transom eyes... but I need them for trailering, towing waterskiers and using a 4 point lifting bridle to launch from cranes.

Any comments on what size (working load) I would need to select?

Here is bunch of nice-looking Wichard u-bolts I found on the net:
Water Proof Black U Bolt

Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated!

Thanks

some more info

I should mention that the boat itself is listed as weighing in at 900lbs dry, and the Yammie is about 425lbs
